We deliver the goods on time and, contrary to
any other translation service, a deduction (10% of total payment) is
imposed on ourselves in case we fail to meet our target delivery
date. This is because our mission dictates that delivery on time is
a reputation building block. Our aim in the long run is to develop a
leading business in the field of translation, and each and every one
of our team is aware of this target, and leaves no stone unturned to
attempt to achieve it.
As for pricing, we
have a very intricate pricing policy based on many
factors:
Whether or not the material we are required to process is hard/soft copy
Percentage of readability (it may require to be rewritten by our data entry team, or scanned)
The field of the material (this point will be mentioned in detail later)
Deadline (the sooner the delivery, the higher the price)
As
translation needs vary in length and complexity, it is difficult to
give a standard price. Our prices, however, have proved to be
competitive as we strive to keep costs down to a minimum and we will
provide a quotation on request
Discounts are allowed on large
products and returning customers.
